These Terms of Service govern your use of FactoryServers hosting services and this customer portal. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

We provide game server hosting and related infrastructure as described on our website and in your order or subscription details. Features, pricing, and availability may change with reasonable notice where required.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the services for unlawful activity, to harass others, to distribute malware, or to violate third-party rights. We may suspend or terminate service for violations.

4. Payments and balance

FactoryServers uses a prepaid wallet model:

  • You add funds to your account balance via Stripe Checkout (card payment). Funds appear after payment confirmation, usually within a minute.
  • Each server is billed in 31-day periods. The price for your chosen tier is locked when you create the server.
  • Deploying a server deducts one period's price from your wallet immediately.
  • While a server is active, we attempt to auto-renew every 31 days by deducting the period price from your wallet balance.
  • If renewal fails due to insufficient balance, the server is stopped until you add funds and reactivate it from your dashboard (which charges one new period).
  • Stripe is used only to add money to your wallet — we do not bill your card per server or on a recurring subscription basis.

Refunds, chargebacks, and balance adjustments are handled according to policies we publish separately. Contact support for billing questions.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the services is limited as set forth in our master agreement or, if none, to fees you paid for the service in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Material changes will be communicated as we deem appropriate.
